Experience personalized biodynamic craniosacral therapy from certified practitioners. This gentle touch healing modality, supports the nervous system and facilitates balance and flow throughout the whole body.

The practitioner holds a grounded, centered, and neutral space for the client, while listening and appreciating the subtle energies as the body tells its stories. The practitioner is a mirror that helps the body see its wise patterns of holding caused by trauma, stress, and life events all the way back to childhood. The body's intelligence becomes aware of the forces that caused the disturbance in the system and can process the traumas and heal itself. When the client feels safely held in a session, they can let go of trapped stories in the body and can remember who they truly are. 

What to expect? A combination of personalized gentle touch therapy, as well as integration time in the EESystem. ~30 minutes of personalized craniosacral therapy, with continual energy enhanced rest in the hyper healthy field.

Our practitioners: Elissa, Kara, and Shaza are graduates from Colorado School of Energy Studies. They are certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapists and have all served as teaching assistants at the school. They are excited to offer BCST synergistically with the EES field to support your body and brain's ability to access a deeper state of relaxation allowing for transformation and healing.
