  • Onyx Healing Collective 2884 Bluff Street Boulder, CO, 80301 United States (map)

Join Teressa in the EESystem for a two hour Restorative Yoga Journey.

About the session:
Step into a transformative ceremonial journey of rooting and rebirth as we activate and awaken the root and sacral energy center within the high-frequency environment of the EESystem. This immersive experience is designed to release stagnant energy, restore creative flow, and awaken deep vitality within your body and spirit. Tree will guide class through a Restorative Yoga class focusing on the root and sacral energy centers. Meditation, guided calming breathwork, sound healing and journaling will be included.

Through a blend of guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and energetic attunement, we will:

• Activate the sacrum—the foundation of stability, sensuality, and creative power.

• Clear energetic blockages to invite flow, renewal, and emotional balance.

• Harmonize with the Earth’s frequencies, allowing deep grounding and cellular rejuvenation.

• Rebirth your energetic essence, aligning with your highest expression of self.

• Restore your nervous system and body to balance and harmonize your body

Within the amplified scalar energy field of the EESystem, your body will naturally recalibrate, supporting deep healing, renewal, and transformation. This class is ideal for those seeking to awaken their life force, reconnect with their inner power, and step into a new phase of energetic embodiment.

Come ready to release, activate, and rebirth yourself into radiant alignment.

What is restorative yoga?

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that encourages you to slow down and open your body through passive stretching. Some restorative yoga classes have participants barely moving, holding only a few postures.

Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax as tension melts away. The only work required during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath, become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise, and then gently release them (source: verywell fit).
